IMPORTANT

 

All custom orders are final and cannot be altered or deleted/canceled. We do not accept returns. If you have any problem with your order, feel free to contact us. 


Make sure you read the description section for info specifically for that listing/merchandise. Please make sure you contact us with the date of your event if applicable.

 


PROCESSING and SHIPPING

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:


We ARE NOT responsible for lost packages. However, please contact us if you feel your order is lost in the mail. We will contact the shipping courier for a status update and/or file a claim if applicable. Insurance is optional, if you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us via "ADD A NOTE" section upon Check Out.

If damaged, please contact us immediately with damages in detail, along with photographs of discovered damages. Please photograph damages of both item and shipping box. Respectfully, you will need to contact us within two days from the date you received your package.

Again, if you would like to purchase insurance, please inform us. We will then send you a separate invoice for insurance.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on Custom Made items but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

All Distributed Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date your order was received.

All Distributed Merchandise will be labeled in the Description Section of the Merchandise.
